Orange Captivity Drill only effects attacks that are produced by Energy Combat cards, regardless of the attack type, and does not effect an attack that is produced by other sources, such as a Main Personality's card power or from a Physical Combat card.[source]
If a HIT effect, like Orange Power Point, plays Orange Captivity Drill, you may use the HIT effect generated by Orange Captivity Drill as it is appended to the card after the original HIT effect.[source]
